  1. Can I try the site before I make a purchase?
     • Yes, you can view our "Free Clips" at [Free Sample] Page. First, you will need to register and setup an account. After your account is created, click on the "FREE CLIPS" tab. You will be able to view the free clips or download them as Windows Media downloads. OR All New Users can get [10 Free Minutes], so you can try Stremings as well.
  2. How do I change my e-mail address?
     • We will change your e-mail address for you. Just click on the [Contact Us] link to tell us you want to change your e-mail address. For YOUR ACCOUNT SECURITY, you will need to provide the following information for account verification:
       • Your current registered Email address.
       • Your Log in Password.
       • Your Full Name.
       • Your complete Address.
       • The LAST 4 DIGITS and expiration date of your Credit Card that you used at Hotmoveis.jp to make a purchase.
       • The NEW e-mail address you wish to use as your logon information at Hotmoveis.jp.
  3. How do I change my password?
     • Logon to your account and click [Personal Preferences], in Account Center. Under "CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD" enter your current password, the new password you wish to use and then confirm your new password. Then click "Change Password".
  4. I forgot may password. What do I do?
     • On the Login page under "Log in" button click the link "Click Here if You Forgot Your Password." You will need to enter your e-mail address and click SEND and your password will be sent to the e-mail address you registered at our site.
  5. Why "Recently Added" list shows Japanese titles only? Even I'm looking at Western page.
     • You need to set "Enable Cookies" on your web browser setting.
       Please check your browser's "Internet Options" of "Tools" menu.
  6. How can I watch sample downloads? I get error everytime I play the file.
     • If you have trouble with watching our sample downloads, please try with Internet Explorer as your browser.

  1. I have a Pre-Paid Card, how do I use it?
     • On the reverse side of your Pre-Paid Card follow instruction number 1 located under "To Use Your 30 Pre-Paid Minutes". This is the address you will need to enter into your browser address. Once you are on the "Card" page, enter your Pre-Paid Card number, your e-mail address, and create and confirm a password. You will then receive an e-mail with the subject "HotMovies - Adult Streaming Video on Demand Registration". In this e-mail is a URL that you must click or enter into your browser address. This will verify your e-mail address and activate your 30 Pre-Paid Minutes.
  2. I have a Pre-Paid Card for 30 minutes but I cannot get it to work. What should I do?
     • You should have received a confirmation e-mail containing a link that you need to click to activate your time. Your e-mail provider may be blocking our e-mails to you, which is why you did not receive the confirmation e-mail. Also check your Spam, Junk, or Bulk mail folders for the e-mail.You can [SEND US] the information below, and we can activate your time for you.
       • Your current registered Email address.
       • Your Log in Password.
       • Your Pre-Paid Card number.

  1. How can I get 10 free minutes?
     • For NEW USERS - a one-time offer. You will need to [Register] and setup an account. To receive the 10 free minutes you must verify your age.
       1. Enter your e-mail, confirm e-mail, password and confirm password.
       2. Select a Time Package. Select the 10 minutes FREE Time Package. This is for age verification.
       3. "Age Verification": Enter your billing and credit card information. This transaction is NOT BILLED. After successful age verification, the minutes from the 10 minutes FREE Time Package will be added to your Remaining Time.
  2. The site says "Try Us Free". Why do I need to give credit card information?
     • Our site requires age verification. This is most easily executed by credit card. All you need to do is select the "10 Minute Free" Time Package, enter your credit card information, and click the "Continue" button. YOU ARE NOT BILLED FOR THIS TRANSACTION. Upon successful age verification, the 10 free minutes will be added to your Remaining Time.
